headshot-rachelsharpHere at Miller Upshaw Family Law, PLLC, we are so excited to announce that our very own Rachel D. Sharp has won the Avvo Clients’ Choice Award for the 2nd year in a row! Rachel is rated Superb by Avvo, with a 9.5/10, but this award is different because it doesn’t come from Avvo – it comes from YOU!

The Avvo Clients’ Choice Award is based entirely on the client experience. Your ratings, your comments and your word-of-mouth about Rachel’s spirit and tireless advocacy on behalf of her clients has led to this award. We are so very proud of Rachel (though none of us are surprised), and we are thrilled beyond belief to see her efforts and her hard work recognized by the very same people she is working for – her clients!

Another big year for Rachel and the firm

Rachel confided that this award really touched her spirit, because it comes from the clients she cares so deeply about and fights so hard to protect. But this is not her only accolade this year. In July of 2015, Rachel was named to the “10 Best” list by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys, as was our founder Karla C. Miller. This award, like the Avvo Clients’ Choice award, was given in recognition of their dedication to providing clients with a superior client experience. In fact, both ladies were also awarded membership to the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. Their selection recognizes them as the “Top 1%” of counsel in America, based on a host of factors.

Rachel Sharp is an advocate in the truest sense of the word. She works hard to create a safe and secure atmosphere for her clients here in Nashville – but you cannot let her friendly and cheerful demeanor fool you. She is a fierce litigator and a tough negotiator who does everything in her power to protect her clients and their families.

We are all so proud of Rachel Sharp for her latest award. And we are all so grateful to all of you for letting your voices be heard about what a terrific family lawyer she is. We could not be happier to see her recognized.

Congratulations, Rachel! You deserve it!
