Ethan Pylant joined Miller Upshaw Family Law, PLLC in 2018 as a part-time legal assistant. In the years that followed, he proved such an integral part of the team that his part-time position became a full-time career, and his work helps keep clients’ cases moving along. Ethan’s natural kindness and charm is appreciated by our clients, many of whom are going through an incredibly difficult time when they hire our firm.

Ethan spends much of his time working with clients on gathering, compiling, and organizing their discovery documents. He reviews and edits clients’ discovery responses, notarizes signatures, occasionally serves subpoenas, and keeps the firm’s clients up to date on their cases’ expenses. Ethan also handles most of the day-to-day work of filings and ensures that clients know how their case is proceeding.

When Ethan’s not in the office, you may find this cinephile at the movies, running his online movie club, practicing his guitar, or attending a concert. Ethan also operates a live production camera at his church’s services on Sundays.
